They are based in Norman, Oklahoma and they are responsible for issuing all the severe thunderstorm and tornado watches or the entire USA. At this time, they have a slight risk for today for these areas:

Iowa

East Nebraska

East South Dakota

Most of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania

All of Lower Michigan

I feel sure that when they update a little later this morning that Alabama will be included
