Interesting Clouds

| May 5, 2013 @ 9:24 am

It is always good to keep your eye on the sky because you just never know when you might see something interesting. I was just checking out the sky from the Sheraton Hotel downtown and saw the view below. This site did not last long as the clouds smoothed out greatly after taking the pictures.

The weather continues to be somewhat unsettled thanks to the closed upper low spinning east-southeast of Memphis this morning. Several small showers had developed in southwestern Jefferson County and in southern Walker County. The day will remain unsettled with a continuation of unseasonably cool temperatures. We should reach a high today around 60, though with the clouds thickening as they have, we might not get out of the upper 50s.
