Flood Warning Issued for Cahaba River

| August 1, 2013 @ 12:58 pm

For our friends in the southern suburbs of Birmingham near the Cahaba River, watch for rising river levels. Very heavy rain overnight has caused excessive runoff in the river basin and this runoff is now causing river levels to rise. Flooding is expected to impact areas along the river in portions of Shelby, Jefferson and Bibb Counties.
