RADAR CHECK: Rain is confined to parts of East and Southeast Alabama early this morning as a wave of low pressure along a stalled front pushes eastward. There were several severe thunderstorms across South Alabama overnight, and a few tornado warnings were issued, but the severe storms have pushed into Georgia as of 6:00 a.m.

Rain is likely tonight and tomorrow mainly for the southern 2/3 of the state; heaviest rain will be south and east of Montgomery. Otherwise, the weather will be cloudy and cool with a high in the mid 50s today, and low 50s tomorrow. Parts of North Alabama won’t get out of the 40s tomorrow afternoon.

RADAR CHECK: We have a large area of light rain across much of Central Alabama early this morning, but it will end over the next couple of hours. Clouds will linger, and the high today will be in the mid 50s, about 10-15 degrees below average for early November in Alabama. Clearing begins late tonight over the northwest corner of the state and parts of the Tennessee Valley, and that could result in some spots there seeing lows in the mid 30s early tomorrow with frost.
