At 701 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen with the latest line of heavy showers. This is likely resulting in flooding of many low lying areas and many roads.
The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Multiple waves of moderate to heavy rainfall will impact the area late tonight through Thursday afternoon as a warm front moves north through the area, followed by a cold front on Thursday.

At 2:06 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Weston, or 8 miles west of Hamilton, moving east at 30 mph. Due to beam blockage on radar, a tornado could be possible with this storm.
At 156 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles north of Sewanee to near Huntland. Movement was east at 35 mph.
At 141 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Hazel Green to Corinth Rec Area. Movement was east at 45 mph.
