Late this morning, we are watching a cluster of showers ands storms over northern portions of Alabama. These aren’t moving much, but we are likely to see additional showers and storms develop across the Alabama landscape through the afternoon hours.
Severe weather is possible across the northern half of Alabama today, with additional chances tomorrow and Sunday.
SUMMER-LIKE PATTERN: We note a few sprinkles across Alabama early this morning, but most of the state is dry with temperatures in the 70s. The high today will be close to 90 degrees with mix of sun and clouds; we will maintain the chance of a few scattered showers and thunderstorms through early tonight.
