At 517 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. 2 to 4 inches of rain have fallen over parts of the area throughout the day and another 1 to 3 inches are possible throughout the evening.
